Unjustified Texts: Perspectives on Typography
offset lithograph, adhesive-bound
135 x 210 mm, 472 pp
The cover design illustrates the principle of unjustified text setting. For headings, Ahn Sang-soo-che is used for its historical significance as the first geometric, non-square, thus “unjustified,” Korean typeface. The figures and some of the punctuations are modified to be more consistent with the ideas behind the Korean characters (see the details). The text typography is restrained as the original English edition.
