This is an adaptation of our design for an earlier version of the same exhibition (Arko Art Center, 2017). The original’s color palette was inspired by commercial and public signs in Seoul. This adaptation uses colors that should be common in our imaginary southern towns, but are not likely to see in the actual Gimhae.
