Each title of Munhakdongne’s Georges Perec series shows the same portrait of the author on the jacket, but the image is treated differently according to the themes of the content. In Espèces d’espaces, the author reflects on various spaces surrounding him, from the page through the bed, city, country, to the continent. The portrait is drawn like a schematic thematic map, with divided areas and different fill patterns.
