This book explores the early history of unsquared Korean typeface design and re-appreciate its meaning. It doubles as a specimen of Protoform, our first Korean typeface that revists the ideas of unsquared Hangeul, inspired by a 1976 essay by the pioneer of modern graphic design in Korea, Cho Young Jae.
