Comprising Sasa[44], Park MeeNa, Choi Sulki, and Choi Sung Min, the SMSM collective examines small details of everyday life, with a focus on personal well-being and happiness.

SMSM Monthly Report reflects on our economic lives. Inspired by a long-standing practice of Sasa[44], a member of SMSM, who publishes an eight-point personal report every year, each of us reports on their June 2024 expenditures on eight selected items, ranging from Sasa[44]’s usual seolleongtang and jajangmyeon to MeeNa’s Starbucks refreshments, Sulki’s tuition fees for her kid, and Min’s funeral gifts.

The text is screen-printed on used shopping bags collected from our respective homes. Each copy is printed on a different bag.
