Karel Martens: Still Moving

Created for a large-scale exhibition of Karel Martens’ body of work, the invitation shows blown-up “dots” from one of Martens’s icon-raster images. The geometric shapes overprinted in bright colors allude to, perhaps not so incidentally, his monoprint work. The typeface is Pirelli, a recent collaboration between Lee Jung Myeong and Martens himself.
