Imminent Commons: The Expanded City

The thematic title is assembled from scattered fragments, or inversely, deconstructed to them, depending on your view of the contemporary city. The two layers of contrasting graphics – the light, geometric Korean thematic title and the heavy, condensed typography underneath – jointly convey the dual undertones of the theme: on one hand, the anticipation of more open and flexible future cities; and on the other, the matter-of-fact urgency of the imminent challenges.
