The title of this publication, like that of the performance piece on which it is based, lists out all the participants in the project, from the artist herself and the writers to the copy editor and the designers. This dense book explores the ideas behind the original performance, and develops some of the themes – such as improvisation, musical forms, and the corporeality of the performers – through conversations with the musician Kim Sungwan and the music critic Shin Yeasul.

The front cover is designed like a colophon page, not only to reflect the idea behind the title, but also for the practical reason that it is hard to distinguish the title from the personnel without explicit labels. Since the performance is an investigation in the notion of improvisation, we took the chance and put visual emphases on all the o’s and m’s (the artist’s initials), to achieve an unplanned graphic configuration. The dust jacket, printed in white ink on black paper, shows the marks abstracted from the front cover.
